Provided with an existing DA approved building by our new client, which did not fit their brief, required VIOTO to provide a strategy that allowed enough adjustment to the approved building design without the need for a costly new DA submission. We believe sometimes it is best to meet with people face to face, rather than hide behind emails and phone calls. We did exactly this when negotiating with council on the proposed adjustments required to ensure our client received the best possible outcome for their practice. We are looking forward to construction beginning in the first half of 2023.
